Refund policy

All applications for refunds must be in writing 7 days before the course starts via e-mail. If the student has applied in writing one week in advance they are entitled to a 70% refund of the course costs. To start a return, you can contact us at achso.sc@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at achso.sc@gmail.com.

Please note that if the issue with the course is time or the level of the course, we'd be happy to switch you into a more suitable stream.
